Smart911
is now being utilized by the Hamilton County Communications Center (911). This is a dual purpose system that offers both Notification Services and Pre-arrival Information.

Notifications include weather alerts, civil warnings, evacuation and shelter notifications, and community alerts and updates. When you create an account you will decide how many of the close to 40 notifications you would like to receive.

Pre-arrival information are things that will be relayed to responding emergency personnel such as medical information, emergency contacts, residence access issues, vehicle information, and pets. You determine how much information you want to share.

All information is secure and can only be accessed by 911 dispatchers and emergency personnel when you call from a registered phone. There is no charge for this service.
