POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Reading Police Department operates a full-service department 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To contact the Reading Police Department, call 911 for emergencies or 513-733-4122 for non-emergencies.

The department is headed by Chief Bryan Edens and has 20 full-time officers, 2 full-time clerks and a court clerk who respond to the safety needs of residents and business owners in the community. These committed individuals respond to 12,000 calls for service annually.

Reading Police also participate in a number of programs, including:
