CLERK OF COUNCIL:  CARLA ALBRINCK

Carla Albrinck has been serving Reading as the Clerk of Council since 2014.  Carla graduated from both Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Elementary School, as well as Mount Notre Dame High School.  She attended the University of Cincinnati and currently works full time as the Accounts Payable & Purchasing Supervisor for Horizon Infusions.  She has been a life-long resident of Reading and is proud to be raising her daughter, Alaina, in Reading as well.
