Community Pool

We here at City Hall have been discussing the best course of action regarding the pool for this summer. We are all in uncharted territory due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been closely monitoring all updates and regulations from the State of Ohio Department of Health.

Due to the current restrictions in place for large group gatherings, we have decided to temporarily halt all pool sign-ups and the opening of the Reading Pool as planned in accordance with the restrictions set by the Ohio Health Department guidelines.

We want to be able to open the pool this year to provide a place for our community to enjoy this summer. We will continue to monitor the situation and abide by the restrictions set in place. We wanted to communicate with you now because we know many are asking, including our seasonal staff. Please know that no determination for the entire summer has been made nor has the amount we would charge if the pool is not open for the full summer.

Thank you for your understanding.

Please do not hesitate to call us at (513) 733-3725 should you have any questions.
