The City of Reading is Now Hiring A Full Time Code Enforcement Officer

The City of Reading Ohio is now accepting applications for its newly created full time Code Enforcement Officer position. Please turn in the city’s application, cover letter and resume to city hall with attention to the Safety Service Director. You may also email your application, cover letter, and resume to pross@readingohio.org. A hard copy of the city’s application can be found HERE or at the City’s Municipal Offices Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the second floor of the municipal building located at 1000 Market St. Reading Ohio 45215.

First review of applications will begin Friday, September 27th 2024.. Applications can be dropped off at the City Municipal Offices or e-mailed to Patrick Ross at: pross@readingohio.org`

An excellent benefit package is provided with health, dental, and vision insurance, with an Health Savings Account option. A $25,000 life insurance policy is also included in the benefit package. Employees receive paid vacation, sick, and personal time off. The position also includes paid holidays and longevity benefits.
