DORA 

The City of Reading has adopted a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area).  The boundaries of the DORA Map can be seen here.  The city of Reading’s DORA hours are Sunday- Saturday 12PM – 10PM.  Please see the attached for additional rules.
